Finally, a cake that I can cut into, help serve, & best of all...bite into the moist chocolaty goodness with soft creamy vanilla buttercream! :)
I made a Christmas Tree Cake for our extended family christmas dinner. There must have been around 5 or 6 roundtables of hungry people. Each table, being chinese style, seated around 10 people. So needless to say this was a big Christmas tree!!!!!

Next year, maybe I'll have time to make a New Years Eve cake that looks like THE ball in Times Square. It won't have 32,256 LED lights but it would be colorful & super delish! I think 2010 will bring new exciting designs to the 'pamcake' factory of one! I am eager to try/venture on incorporating 'SUGAR ARTISTRY' into my cake designs.
