For this giveaway, I elected the help of my family to pick the winner so that the choice was unbiased and given to the best candidate. For future giveaways, I will either 1. elect your help (as the fans) 2. elect a panel of judges or 3. perform randomized software selection
I am eager & happy to announce baby Ethan as the winner of the PamCakes Event Giveaway!
Baby Ethan is turning 1 years old on July 13. He loves all animals and especially his musical jungle toy. We are going to make his dreams come true! This little guy is always full of smiles and joy! His story is such an inspiration to us all. Little Ethan has endured surgical procedures such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy since birth. However, he is an amazing little warrior and is growing right out of these medical assistance. We are so proud of little Ethan and cannot wait to celebrate his first birthday with the most amazing PamCake creation to date! We are definitely going to help Ethan & family celebrate in a big BIG WAY!

BUT YOU MUST COMMENT on the blog for me to judge this fairly!!!! You MUST also specify on the comment your event date!
Here are some details:
Your event must be located in the VA/DC/MD area. If you want me to deliver the cakes, it must be within 25 miles of the center of Washington DC. We'll use the White House as the "center" of DC: 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20500.
Your EVENT date must be between:
June 1st ~ September 30th, 2010.
I realize this is a short timeframe, but trust me there will be other "drawings/winnings"!
